What is your current TAT?
TAT is usually currently within 1 week of order! For larger orders this may go over, and for customs we will need to account for ordering if I do not have an item on hand!
My product arrived damaged, can you help?
Yes of course! I try my best to wrap all products up as tightly as possible to ensure they get to you safely but I’ve seen so many of my boxes arrive on the other end damaged, or product damaged. If anything arrives damaged, please reach out to me immediately! I am always happy to offer a full refund on the item or a replacement shipped free of charge.

Our home is smoke free! We are NOT pet free, but they stay out of my work space for the most part! Our products are made from gypsum powder (whip) and resin.
what is your refund policy?
Products are not refundable! As stated above, I am always happy to replace or refund a product that has arrived in transit broken.
